Where can I get governing documents for my association?
Answer: each association has a website with the association governing documents, forms, meeting
minutes, and other documents specific to your association.
How do I know when my association is having a meeting?
Answer: Every time the board of directors have a board meeting or annual meeting a mass email goes out to each person signed up to received communication from the association.
How do I make my association assessment payment?
Answer: A check can be sent to the correct lock box. Please follow directions on your statement.

Architectural Design
If you wish to change the color, landscape design, or any changes that will change the appearance of your home from the public view. You must submit an ARC Form unique to your association rules and guidelines. Please go to your associations website or the platform used for your association. If you need more guidance, please fill out the contact us form and we will guide you to the correct site.
Compliance Concern
We know that most homeowners want to comply with the governing documents for your community. If you recieved a complaince letter and wish to resolve the issue but not sure what is needed. Please contact us below so that we can help you resolve the complaince issue. If the issue has been corrected submit under contact us so that the inspector can review your completed work. If there is still a problem we will reach out to you.
How to pay your assessments?
LM Association Mangement Services have several ways to pay your assessments. Paying your assessments will always require your unique account number. If you are not sure what your account number is, please fill out the contact us form. We will then provide a secure payment options with your unique account number.
Need access to your subdivision amenities?
If you need passes, reserve the clubhouse or a code to get into the amenities offered by your association. Please contact us using the form that require your property information. We will send you the information/forms to access the associations common area. amenenities.
